In 2003 John & Jane moved to Spain, or to the Island of Mallorca (or Majorca as the Brits call it) to be precise where they opened a Music Bar in Magalluf (Magaluf as the Brits call it) which they ran until the All Inclusive Hotel deals, the poor Exchange Rate, and the ever shrinking Summer Season meant that it was time to find a slightly less stressful way to make a living. That was the end of 2008.

The Bar (Goodfellows Music Bar) had actually been two bars knocked into one, so it was decided to change it back into two bars. The Bar fittings, Music & Lighting and Kitchen equipment was not required by the new tenants, and since there was no means of selling these items, a storage room / shop was rented to keep the items until the new season arrived. What happened the following spring took everyone by surprise as other Bars and residents queued up to ask if their goods could also be sold.
